Small Cell Networks

Small Cells function akin to a Wi-Fi network distributed throughout commercial structures (refer to the accompanying illustration). These cells utilize an Ethernet VLAN rooted in SD-LAN technology to ensure secure indoor conveyance. When aiming for substantial throughput per square foot, Small Cells stand out. They possess the capacity to leverage existing internet resources or establish fresh Internet connectivity to link with the operator core network. The utilization of costly private network options such as Metro Ethernet or MPLS is unnecessary for connecting a small cell switch to the mobile core.

Network of Radio Nodes

Radio nodes exhibit a compact and inconspicuous design, closely resembling Wi-Fi access points. The Small Cells platform boasts an extensive array of radio nodes tailored to diverse applications and configurations of mobile operators. All iterations are powered via PoE+ (802.11at) Ethernet switch ports.

Cost effective and Scalable

small cell solutions provide cost-effective, scalable coverage and capacity with deployment in weeks, with a simplified, Wi-Fi-like installation over the new or existing LAN infrastructure. Combined with a wide offering from different OEMs In-Building Network Solutions, you now have access to a full-solution portfolio including fiber, remote power, software-defined LAN (SD LAN), small cell, and cellular DAS.

Technologies Deployed

LTE/5G

LTE and 5G can be easily deployed on Small cells, making them an excellent choice for venue owners and operators. In addition to that they are also much simpler to Install than a traditional DAS system.
